Q. Who is PlanRight for?

A. PlanRight is ideal for anyone using WorkflowMax by BlueRock or Xero Practice Manager (XPM) who wants the ability to schedule their staff, view capacity and make meaningful real-time resourcing decisions.

Q. Can I use PlanRight if I don't currently use WorkFlowMax or Xero Practice Manager?

A. No. PlanRight is currently designed to only sync Job and task data from WorkFlowMax by BlueRock or Xero Practice Manager.

Q. Is there a limit to how many staff can be managed in PlanRight?

A. You can schedule 1 - 150 staff in PlanRight.

Q. Does PlanRight have reporting?

A. PlanRight has basic reporting functionality. Export the schedule to PDF or export the forecast to PDF or .csv.

Q. Does PlanRight have a mobile app?

A. No we don't yet have a mobile app. However we are cross-browser friendly including mobile browsers, but we recommend only viewing on a mobile browser.

Q. Do I have to input my credit card details up front?

A. No. Your 14-day trial of PlanRight is absolutely free. You will not be asked for credit card details during your trial period.
